If you’re a FERNS user, you’ve probably received a reminder email from FERNS prompting you to renew your subscription. This means that if you want to keep monitoring forestry activity using FERNS, you need to renew your subscriptions before December 31st — otherwise, your subscriptions will be automatically canceled!
If you’ve never done it before, here’s how:
1. Log into FERNS, click on “Subscribe”
2. Click on your subscription name. On the left side of the subscription page, there are 3 buttons to the right of where it says “Subscription”. Click the middle one that looks like a recycling icon (see screenshot below where the arrow is pointing in the top left of the image. It will ask if you are sure you want to renew – YES!)
3. Repeat steps 1-2 for each subscription individually. Then to double-check that it worked — on the main “Subscribe” page, it should show all your subscriptions with Dec 2021 as the expiration date.
